who can apply?
Local artists, crafters, vegan food vendors, etc. are welcome! If you’re not sure, send us an email or fill out an application!
This is a vegan event — no animal products may be sold, including wool or leather goods, honey, and taxidermy. Vintage/secondhand leather or wool products are the only exception.
No multilevel marketing vendors will be approved. No exceptions.
At this time, we will not be approving cbd, hemp, essential oil, nutrition, or medicinal vendor applications.

Once we process your application we will email you with your next steps.
Application deadline is April 1, 2025. We will be in touch with all applicants no later than April 8, 2025.
Any applications received beyond the deadline will be waitlisted.
By submitting a vendor application, you are agreeing to the below rules, so please read carefully!
Vendor fee: $95
Food vendor fee: $150 (+$100 Department of Health fee)
Nonprofits’ fees are waived
General
Vendors must arrive at the set up time and not pack up or leave before 5pm. We’ll let you know before the event what time setup is!
You will be given a 10x10 space on the day of the event (see below for what your space will be in the event of rain)
Booth sharing is not permitted.
Vegan Products Only
Flower Power Flea Market is a vegan event! No taxidermy, honey products, bone/leather goods, or other animal products may be sold at FPFM. If any vendors are found to be selling any non-vegan products, FPFM reserves the right to ask that the item is removed or that the vendor leaves. The only exception to this rule is clearly marked vintage/secondhand wool or leather products.
Items sold
FPFM is an inclusive event. Event organizers have the right to ask that any items being sold or displayed that come off as hateful or exclusionary be removed or that the vendor leaves the event.
Tents
Tents are not required, but if you do bring one, they MUST have a stake AND a weight weighing at least 15 pounds attached to each leg. These weights can be actual tent weights or sand bags, but they must be ATTACHED. Bricks/rocks/other heavy objects sat on top of the foot are not acceptable. Any tents with no weights/stakes will be taken down.
Trash
You are expected to clean up after yourself and collect any trash in your space. There will be trash cans on site that will be emptied throughout the day.
No Smoking/Vaping
The venue has a strict no smoking or vaping rule.
In the Event of Rain
Flower Power Flea Market’s rain date is Sunday, June 1, 2025. In the event of rain, We will inform vendors within 3 days of the event if we must switch to the rain date. If in the event of a rain date vendors cannot attend, we will not be offering refunds for any vendor fees.
Food vendors
Food vendor fee is $150, plus the health department fee of $100.
You are not permitted to sell alcohol or edibles (obvs).
The health inspector will be there the day of the event, please be prepared to be inspected.
This includes:
A copy of your cottage food license
OR Your retail food license AND a copy of your latest inspection report.
If you do not have all of the documents that the health department requires, we cannot have you vend at FPFM.
